Temirtau Museum of Local history organized an interactive educational quest "Lost gift for the capital".

This guest includes work with artifacts and intellectual tasks and is intended for children who are vacationing in school camps.

Locations of five different temporary spaces are located in the museum halls. Participants of the quest move in time and collect parts of the scattered gift.

The first location tells about the ancient town  Bozok. Children participate in archaeological excavations, find fragments of ceramics and form the name of the ancient settlement.

The next location is the Akmolinsk city in 1830. Children receive a historical reference and use a scroll with riddles. Items that need to be collected and placed on the counter of the fair are encrypted in riddles.

Information about the Tselinograd city is given in the third location. Interactive of this location involves the identification of ingredients necessary for baking bread and making various bakery products from plasticine.

The fourth location carries the participants of the quest in the 1990s and provides information about the transfer and renaming of the capital.

Children solve tasks related to the modern capital. These tasks are to determine the type of public transport that is not in Astana and find the monument  " Қазақ Елі " among other attractions.

In the fifth location children are divided into teams, climb into hoops and begin to move along three roads. These roads lead to different tasks such as to collect a puzzle, guess the rebus, to determine the names of the capital’s sights.

Children receive part of the gift in each location. Participants of the quest stick together a gift - the emblem of the Temirtau City Museum after passing through all the locations.
