Remembrance evening “Notches in Memory” was held in the museum to the 95th anniversary of the poet Grigory Grigoriadi. He was a member of the Union of Kazakhstan’s writers, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, in 1975 - 82 years was the head of the Temirtau literary association “Loadstone”, the children's creative group “Rise”.

Photo and documentary materials from the personal archives of the Grigoriadi family, manuscripts, drafts, working materials ot the poet were presented from the museum’s funds. Friends, colleagues and admirers of G. Grigoriadi’s work came to the meeting.

The scenario of the meeting was based on the poet’s autobiographical poems, which were recited by young men and women from the Shanyrak volunteer center. The poet’s recollections of a family destroyed by repressions, overcoming feelings of fear and the heroism of soldiers during the war years, thoughts about love, friendship, the inevitability of death and what a person leaves behind, deeply touched the young readers and guests of the meeting.
