The annual grandiose museum event "Museum Town", timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the Kazakhstan Republic’s Independence, took place for the 16th time On June 10, 2021.

The guests of the Museum Town traveled to the stations during four hours, which were located on the square in front of the museum. After purchasing the map, they moved through 8 creative sites-locations.

At each site the participants were offered creative, intellectual, cognitive tasks, the topics of which were based on state programs.

At the Fair Square- visitors saw many ancient exhibits and learned the art of trade and the basics of economics. At Eco stations they cleaned our city of garbage, in Secret Boxes (vocational guidance station) they found hidden amazing exhibits

related to people of different professions. Historical Lotto allow to determine winner in the knowledge of the city’s history. The Friendship carpet and the Apple Orchard were created thanks to the participation of everyone,.

The number of visitors was limited due to sanitary requirements. In total more than 270 people visited the Museum Town.
