The Musical Living room of the 20th Century  was opened in the museum  was opened as part of the Day of the Elderly on September 30, 2022.

Guests were offered the opportunity to plunge into the Soviet era. Immersion into which began with the photozone "Nostalgia 1960-70s of the last century", where everyone was able to take a picture as a keepsake.

Participants of the Musical Lounge saw an exposition of technical devices, thanks to which, in different periods of the 20th century, it was possible to listen music, from a gramophone to a cassette recorder. But the guests were offered not only to watch, but also to listen to how the gramophone, player and tape recorder sound.

The second part of the Musical Lounge provided for the participation of everyone in the Intellectual Auction, where there was an opportunity to show their knowledge in the field of musical art and receive a prize.
