3 May, 2019 an installation «memory penetration» was opened in the museum of Temirtau city to the Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War 1941- 1945 years.

The installation was the result of the city action "Letters of Memory", announced by the museum on May 9, 2018. The participants of the action created the front letters - triangles and signed them with their name in memory of the generation who gave their lives in the fight against fascism. This memory permeates human hearts, time and space. It creates an unbreakable link between the modern generation and our heroic ancestors. 683 people took part in the «Letters of Memory» event. The promotion is still ongoing.

The installation used the results of the research activities of the museum. The museum workers identified the names of 48 countrymen who had not previously been entered in the Temirtau Memorial Book. Copies of the nominal lists of irretrievable losses with the data of the dead and missing Samarkand people supplemented the essence of the installation.

Representatives of the media and students of the Regional Specialized School of A. Moldagulova visited  the opening of exhibition. Visitors for the first time saw the medallion of death, the death notice and the Red Army book. The young men and women tried to find the documents of their great-grandfathers in the exposition, in the Book of Memory and in the Regional Data Base «Memorial», took part in the action Letters of Memory.
