Online exposition “The 1st Medical Exhibit” was opened as part of the Exhibit of the Month project, devoted to the  Medical Worker Day on June 16, 2023.

The exposition presents a surgeon workbook of the highest category, candidate of medical sciences, Honorary citizen of Temirtau city- Sergei Filippovich Slivnykh.
Sergei Filippovich was born in 1927 in Uspenovka village, Kostanay region. In 1947, he entered the Akmola Medical School, and in 1950, the Karaganda Medical Institute.
Upon graduation, Slivnykh receives a job assignment in theTemirtau city.

While working as the chief physician and surgeon of the city hospital No. 4, later the Medical and Sanitary Department of the Karaganda Metal Plant, Sergey Filippovich drew attention to the large number of injuries among the builders of the Kazakhstan Magnitogorsk. The result of several years of research and work was the dissertation of the Drains for the degree of candidate of medical sciences, and a noticeable decrease in the level of injuries of the builders of the Kazakhstan Magnitka.

The opening of the exposition took place in social networks. The exposition will run for a month.
