An exposition «Lottery tickets of the USSR 1937-1958 years» was opened in the museum within the framework of the project an exhibit of the month on 18 Janiary, 2021.
The exposition presents lottery tickets:
- Lottery tickets Society for the Promotion of Defense, Aviation and Chemical Engineering , 1937year
- Lottery ticket from the times of the Second World War, 1944
- Lottery ticket “All-Union Youth Festival”, 1957year
- Lottery ticket of the Kazakh SSR, 1958 year
Lottery tickets were donated by the ex director of Karaganda Hydro Electro Station-1 A.K. Baublys. The exposition tells about lottery tickets that appeared in ancient times and for which the issue of lottery tickets in the USSR was resumed, where the funds from the lottery tickets sent, and what could be won in the lottery in the first half of the XX century. How many lottery tickets were sold during the Great Patriotic War and how much did lottery tickets cost in the first half of the XX th century.
