On 14 febriary 2018 the opening of the exhibition "Gestures" was held in the framework of the State Program "Рухани жангыру". This exposition is devoted to the 40th anniversary of the House of Culture of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Temirtau.
As a gift the museum presented an unique historical exposition, which consists of 2 sections. The one part includes photos and documents revealing the history of the HCD in Temirtau city. The other part is presented in the form of columns, as a symbol of the boundlessness of creativity.
There are materials about the modern activity of the cultural institution for disabled people with hearing and speech defects and creative work of the club's visitors.
A special part of the event was devoted to historical excursion, prepared by the «Local history museum of Temirtau city». The history of the appearance and development of the HCD is the result of a lengthy scientific research work in the city and regional archives.
Akimat, Regional Department of Culture, Department of Culture and Development of Languages and Creative Collectives of the Temirtau city congratulated an anniversaries.
