On 17 March, 2018 the opening of a personal exhibition "In the Perspective of Three-Dimensional Space" was held in the Local history Museum of Temirtau city. Sergey Chechenov is a sculptor and member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
More than 35 sculptures of small forms were presented. This collection includes sculptures of different years. These are animalistic sculptures made of bronze and wood.
In addition to sculptures, the exhibition demonstrates working sketches and drawings and models for future sculptures, which are made of cardboard. Photos of the works that were not included in the exposition are presented. Artists and photographers of the city, representatives of creative intelligentsia, architects and guests from Karaganda visited the opening of this exhibition.
