The historical installation “We Remember” unfolded near the monument to the Temirtau city’s Soldiers who fell during the Second World War on May 9, 2024. A museum zone was organized, consisting of 3 locations. In the first location, based on stock exhibits, the “Field Hospital” was reconstructed with an interactive first aid area.

In the “War Figures” location, the funeral steles reflect the statistical figures of the war, supplemented by stock exhibits that immerse you in the Great Patriotic War era.

“Field Mail” is a long-term event of the Temirtau Museum. Over 5 years, 11,200 “letters – triangles” were collected, on which the participants of the action wrote the words “We remember” and their name, as a tribute to the heroes of the Second World War.

During the period of May 9, there were 3 thousand more letters in the Field Mail boxes.
