Practical work “Travel bag named Korzhyn” was held within the framework of the project: "Traditions and Practices", in honor of the Nauryz celebration on March 17, 2022.
Nauryz is a holiday which is eagerly awaited all year long. Nauryz is unthinkable without delicacy and treats. During the event, the secrets of the Kazakh national cuisine were revealed, which were passed down from generation to generation.
The Temirtau Museum conducted a real dive. We have prepared: meat from horse meat ribs, suzbe - the basis for kurt, talkan, etc.
Our sightseers themselves, in conditions close to home cooking, prepared a delicacy “zhent”, as well as delicacies: “kazy”, “shuzhyk” which are an integral part of the national cuisine, and one of their favorite treats. And our "Travel bag named Korzhyn “ was replenished with one more blank “kurt”.
