On 5 march 2018 the installation "Women's puzzles" timed to the International Women's Day was held in the Temirtau Historical Museum. This installation is devoted to support of the Gender Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and works within the framework of the museum project "Women's World".
Childhood, youth, maturity and old age- these women's puzzles are presented in this installation. Woman’s images of the appropriate age are collected from the exhibits: a girl playing in a sandbox; two girl students; a lady hurrying from work in the pouring rain and two grandmothers-neighbors on a bench.
The installation uses unique exhibits from the museum's funds - children's and women's clothes and shoes, old toys and cosmetics and much more. Bicycle "Baldyrgan", children's tights and sandals, model women's shoes are the most interesting items. They were produced more than 50 years ago in the Karaganda region.
For the first time, each section of the installation has its own musical accompaniment, which can be audited with an audio guide - a novelty in the work of the Temirtau Museum.
The first visitors to the installation were representatives of the city and regional media.
The installation will operate for a month.
